Spend on 1.Indonesian students 2.Students from Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, or Vietnam. 3. Students from Asian countries-make sure ‘home country’ not just citizens. 1/2 of the gift is still undesignated (thus the 1/2 cap each year).
