U.S. citizens who have a degree and work experience in engineering (chemical, electrical, mechanical, aerospace or civil) or the hard sciences (physics, chemistry, and biology). Preference for women, first-generation college/ less represented degrees (per Dee, grads of state schools may be a good fit), if possible.
