Married students who are graduates of Brigham Young University and have at least one child, 2. Married students who are graduates of Brigham Young University, 3. Students who are graduates of Brigham Young University. If no student meets this criteria, income should be recapitalized. Fellowship amount should not exceed annual tuition. Donor prefers to fully fund a few students versus many students with partial awards.
