Canadian students, preference for students from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland; can be used for need-based and/or Canadian fellowship. Canadian Initiative — use for both $10K annual incremental and need-based awards for Canadians who exhibit need.
