Spend up to $50K (spend balance of endowed fund #584231 first then this fund if enough eligible recipients). Preference for Tufts graduates and then any student. Spend up to $50K/year FY25-FY29 ($250K pledge payable FY24-FY28). Can spend down over longer period than 5 years if needed.
