Preference for students from Japan, if not possible students with a background or interest in entrepreneurship, and then any student. Committed to giving 1M every year for 9-10 years (through FY31 or 32) – donor is aware there is a lack of need for Japanese and Entrepreneurial students due to lack of need and existing funds that were established prior to this one. Will likely need to use third preference (any student) starting in FY26.
